This half day workshop will deliver the use of the Lean Business Model for developing business plans for startups and mature businesses alike. Building on the material used by leading business schools, the course will explain how the process can be applied and, in some highly practical sessions, will demonstrate using the tools.
You’ll come away with an understanding of your:
position on the business cycle
value proposition and customer segments
target customer profile and initial question set
“blindspots” and how to accurately assess them
You’ll also work on a template to gain clarity on your resources, costs, revenue stream, competitors and partners and a working plan for the next 3 months.
