Sarah will talk you through the legal requirements around workplace pensions, including the importance of pension scheme design and how to choose the right scheme. Sarah will also provide some useful pointers around payroll administration which is critical to the success of your auto-enrolment administration.

About the speaker

Sarah Withers established the Auto-Enrolment Bureau in 2013 to help small businesses comply with the complex legislation around workplace pensions. Sarah is a qualified pensions professional with over 20 years of experience in dealing with company pension schemes. Prior to setting up her business, Sarah was an Associate at Barnett Waddingham LLP, the country’s largest firm of independent Actuaries and Pension Consultants. The Auto-Enrolment Bureau was established with a view to providing a true end-to-end solution for auto-enrolment, from pension scheme to payroll. Sarah holds the industry’s highest formal qualification in pensions management, as a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI). She also holds the Pensions Management Institute’s auto-enrolment qualification, the Certificate in Pensions Automatic Enrolment (CPAE).
