Event description

This workshop will look at business budgeting and how it can be used in any size of business. The initial focus will be on income and expenditure planning and how these can be used to prepare your budget. We will then look at cashflow modeling, actual performance compared to budget and finally reforecasting

This course has been especially designed for Gloucestershire SMEs. The aim is to enhance your financial knowledge so that you are better placed to make well informed business decisions going forward. No matter the size of your business, a working business budget is vital for good financial management.

Please note, this session will be held on location.

About the speaker

Richard Dalziel , RCD Solutions Ltd

Richard Dalziel is a business consultant and trainer. He qualified as a CIMA Management Accountant in 1994 and has extensive financial, commercial and operational experience working within fast-moving business environments. Much of his time over the last 25+ years has been spent as a specialist within the e-commerce/retail trading sector working alongside business founders and senior management teams. He set up his consultancy, RCD Solutions Ltd, in 2004 and has worked with a range of clients from startups through to more established businesses.
