Following a self-completion audit questionnaire on your current business, he will lead a discussion to identify your future audiences, their needs, the range of products and services, your USP and the evidence to believe this. This will be captured in your brands’ draft positioning statement.Mike will recommend next steps in developing the brand strategy.

About the speaker

Mike Leahy

Mike is an experienced brand strategist, design consultant, marketer and tutor. A client marketer originally and then a director for brand design agencies in client facing strategy and business development roles. He advises a variety of companies in UK and overseas on how to grow brand sales at his company LEAHY Brand Advisers. He is a tutor at UAL: LCC (University of Arts London: London College of Communication) where he has created and runs a short course on brand strategy for UK and overseas-based SME managers.
