‘Do your customers respond to your messages?’ is a standalone workshop, the topic of which is the central question when assessing the effectiveness of your marketing plan. On this workshop you will learn how to develop a proposition which articulates your product/service and delivers to your customers’ needs; analyse who and what your competition is; develop messaging that resonates with your audience and sets you apart; find out where your customers are, what they are thinking, feeling, and doing; assess which channels would best suit your audience within your available budget
.

There are however two other standalone workshops in this series, ‘Understand who your customers really are’ (13th September) and ‘Developing a cost effective a marketing plan’ (8th November), and you can of course benefit from picking and choosing only the ones you think you need help with, but when attended as a series, they will provide you with an all-encompassing understanding of what a cost effective marketing strategy looks like.

In April 2014 she started We Are Marketing, a dynamic project based relationship model which delivers effective marketing support to large corporates and SMEs. Heather is a DMA Awards Committee Member, DMA Awards Chair of Judges and Grand Prix Judge. Also an Honorary Life Member of the Institute of Direct Marketing.
