Business Bootcamp will take you through the key elements for assessing and improving your company’s health and fitness. It will cover how to monitor and stay in control of revenue, profitability, and cash flow, show you how to assess whether your business is growing in terms of market opportunities, new product development, and scalability, whilst considering what the true measures of customer satisfaction are.
