For the fourth year running, we're excited to be hosting a Festive Fayre, on Friday 1st December from 10:00am.
Between 10:00am and 2:00pm, The Growth Hub will be transformed into a winter wonderland of gift inspiration, crafts and trinkets, minced pies and maybe a glass of mulled wine. Our fayre will showcase the outstanding work of Gloucestershire creatives, artisans and food/drink producers.
Whilst you're here, you'll have the opportunity to hear an inspiring and thought-provoking lecture from Dr. David Webster; The Curious Case of Social Media, How things turned out so far, and what we've learned along the way. Dr. Webster presented this lecture earlier in the year to a packed lecture theatre as part of the University of Gloucestershire's public lecture series, so we've invited him back to offer it to local businesses and festive enthusiasts! The talk will run from 12pm - 1pm, and you can book your free place here: http://bit.ly/2AkChRR
All of our stallholders will be donating prizes to our charity raffle, taken in aid of National Star College, the Cheltenham-based provider of specialist further education for people with physical and learning disabilities. The Salvation Army will also be at the fayre, playing brass band carols in the foyer of The Growth Hub.
Our fayre is free and open to all, but to reserve your place at Dr. Webster's lecture please book a ticket here: http://bit.ly/2AkChRR
