Eligibility to receive UKSPF aid

In order to minimise distortion of competition, the UK Government sets limits on how much assistance can be given to organisations operating in a competitive market.

There is a ceiling of £315,000 for subsidised aid provided to any one organisation over a three-year fiscal period (i.e., the current fiscal year and the previous two fiscal years).

Any UKSPF aid provided to you under this service will be relevant if you wish to apply, or have applied, for any other UKSPF aid. The value of the aid under this service is estimated to be £100.00 per hour.

You will need to declare this amount to any other aid awarding body who requests information from you. For the purposes of the UKSPF regulation, you will be provided with a statement letter post support, detailing your UKSPF aid and you must retain this document for a minimum of 3 years and produce it upon request by any UK public authorities.

To confirm that you are able to participate in this service, you must declare that the amount of subsidised aid from any public source, received by your company, does not amount to more than £315,000 over the last three years when included with the value of this service. Aid includes not only grants but also assistance such as free or subsidised consultancy services, marketing advice etc. If you are in any doubt about whether previous assistance received classes as subsidised aid, please include it. Examples of such funding or support may include: Growth Accelerator, Manufacturing Advisory Service, DIT (UKTI) Export support, ERDF funded business support services such as Growth Hub support prior to April 2023.

I confirm that I understand the requirements of UKSPF aid and I acknowledge that if my company fails to meet the eligibility requirements, it may become liable to repay the full value of the assistance provided.

I declare that the amount of subsidised aid received by the organisation over the past 36 months is less than £315,000.
