WHAT DO ULTRA-MARATHONS AND BUSINESS HAVE IN COMMON?

3 insights for getting your business across the finish line!

Being focused, getting comfortable being uncomfortable and creating the right support network are just three key strategies for running an ultra-marathon AND A profitable business.

But, as a business owner, how do you manage and channel the associated anxious thoughts around growing your business, people and product/service offering in order to achieve the outcomes you desire?

In this riveting ‘inspire me’ talk, Sabrina will share how she fought through her anxiety and fears as an 18-year old single mother to build her career and her award-winning business. She will also discuss how the power of ultra-marathon running has equipped her psychological and physical tools – which can be employed by you right now – to manage the stresses and strains of business-ownership.

Sabrina Pace-Humphreys owns a Stroud-based award-winning public relations agency, founded and leads a fast-growing Gloucestershire based running community and – in 2018 - was 13th GB woman to cross the finish line of the ‘toughest footrace on earth’ – the 250KM Marathon Des Sables.

Couple that with being a mother of 4 and grandmother of 1 and you could say this entrepreneur, and amateur athlete, has a lot on her hands.
