About the speakers
Steve Ennis
Steve has 35 years experience in senior roles with brands like Vodafone UK Retail, Blacks Outdoor Leisure, Wiltshire Farm Foods and Business Doctors. He's been a franchisor and a franchisee and has worked with the British Franchise Association for 20 years. Steve won the "Biggest Impact" award 2026 for the UK's Mentoring Matters Awards. He lectures at Worcester University Business School delivering on the governments Help to Grow Management Course and the exec MBA programme. He mentors on these courses and for Worcestershire County Council. Steve works with several regional and national businesses supporting the development and delivery of their growth strategy.
