About the speakers
Faye Ingram
Faye Ingram is the co-founder of CoMotion and has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles within SME’s across health and manufacturing industries. As an ILM qualified coach and mentor, she is passionate about creating access to coaching support to individuals who may not typically have the resources to access it.
Caroline Barnes
Caroline Barnes is a transformational coach, chartered fellow of the CIPD and has an extensive background as an HR Director, having spent 20 years supporting businesses to build incredible workplaces. She is now co-founder of CoMotion, a community interest company built to support people feeling stuck or lost with work to feel more confident and make decisions aligned to their values
