Over time, my role has evolved from technical delivery into a more strategic position, advising leadership teams and boards on risk, compliance, and digital transformation. This has given me a broad mix of hands-on technical expertise and real-world business experience. I regularly work with organisations to assess their current position, identify risks or inefficiencies, and put in place practical, scalable solutions—particularly across Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.
