About the speakers

Ian has over 40 years experience working in the insurance industry – mainly in underwriting and customer facing roles, along with leading teams and training & development of others. Ian is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and holds the Chartered Insurance Risk Manager designation. Ian works for Arthur Marsh Insurance Brokers – part of The County Group which is a top 25 UK Broker and the winners of the Broker of the Year award in 2017. Ian is passionate that customers receive the highest standards of advice and service.
