Conversion Lab is a practical workshop for business owners who want their website to work harder, without a full redesign. It's led by Pandora Taylor-Cheal, founder of Happy by Design and a specialist in web design and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
The session explains what CRO is and how small, evidence-led changes can turn more of your visitors into enquiries and bookings. Ahead of the session, Pandora will help you set up analytics on your site so you can uncover real insights into how it's performing. On the day, we'll work through practical quick wins together. Places are limited to five, so there's time to look at each attendee's website

Owners of service-based WordPress websites with some existing traffic (roughly 100+ visitors a month) who want more enquiries from their current visitors.
Not suitable for e-commerce sites. No design or technical background needed.

Pandora Taylor-Cheal
I'm Pandora, founder of Happy by Design, a premium WordPress web design and CRO studio in Cheltenham. I have over 20 years of experience in web design and have spent 10 years running my own business. My focus is now conversion rate optimisation: helping small businesses understand not just how their website looks, but how well it turns visitors into enquiries. In these workshops, I share the same strategic thinking I bring to client projects, in a way that doesn't need a design or marketing background.
