Event description
The Growth Hub Gloucestershire is delighted to launch our latest development in Neurodiverse Business Support - The Neurodiverse Collective.
Forget the nerve-wracking elevator pitches, forced conversations and desperately trying to 'fit in'. The collective is an inclusive, relaxed and supportive space where you can connect with those who understand the highs and lows of neurodivergent business life.
No masking.
No performance.
Just your authentic self.
Come as you are, and leave with new connections and fresh perspectives - safe in the knowledge that there's a community of people around you who 'get it’.
What to expect:
- A relaxed, welcoming and inclusive environment
- No pressure to network, ‘fit in’ or participate in any particular way
- Honest conversations with fellow neurodivergent business owners and professionals
- A supportive community where you can feel understood, connected and less alone in your business journey
Coworking
The Hub's co-working space will also be available following the session for those who may wish to work with their accountability partners or tackle their 'to do' list.
Who should attend?
- Neurodivergent business owners, entrepreneurs, freelancers and professionals.
- Individuals considering self-employment or starting a business.
- Employers, advocates, allies and anyone interested in supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and business community.
- Anyone looking to connect with a like-minded and inclusive network.
