This is the session where we face your fear head on and finally tackle it. We'll uncover what is really holding you back as we dive into imposter syndrome types, discover your inner critic and create your inner champion so that you can go and do what your business needs you to do.
This session is for you if you are procrastinating on putting your business plan into action, creating yet another post instead of networking or doing laundry instead of posting that video.
What will I learn?
- A clear understanding of imposter syndrome, your imposter type and how it is holding you back.
- A plan to manage your pesky inner critic so it stops paralysing you.
- Your own inner champion to cheerlead you when the going gets tough.
- Tools and techniques for presenting yourself and your business brand. authentically without the ick.

About the speakers
Kate Bishop
Kate Bishop is an ICF certified Career & Confidence coach, expert and award winning public speaker. She is the founder of Kate Bishop Coaching, works with 1:1 clients, runs group masterclasses and is the host of the radio show Confidence Collective. Kate specialises in working with clients to embrace their inner critic with an emphasis on discovering and using their inner mentor rather than battling their imposter syndrome. She helps brilliant but frustrated professionals and business owners rediscover their spark, create true life work balance and own their working week. Often interviewed on radio shows as an expert, Kate regularly works with employees and teams at the likes of Deloitte, MetroBank, Unilever, Engie and the NHS.
