As well as general management and strategic expertise for founder-led SMEs, he has a strong background in workplace engagement and has been involved in sales management for over 25 years. His experience as a mentor has involved working with business leaders to understand their strengths and values, as well as helping them bring order and focus to the many competing demands for their time and attention.
