Having founded and grown a food ingredients business from an initial concept into a recognised industry leader, culminating in a successful sale to a private equity investor, I have experienced first-hand the opportunities and challenges that come with building a business.
Throughout that journey, I worked closely with many start-ups and growing businesses and found great satisfaction in supporting their development and sharing in their successes. Those experiences reinforced my belief that access to practical advice, encouragement and real-world business insight can make a significant difference to an entrepreneur's journey.
Having now stepped back from the day-to-day demands of running a business, I have the time and opportunity to give something back. Becoming a Growth Hub mentor allows me to share the knowledge, lessons learned and experience I have gained over many years.
