Damian is an accomplished business development and product manager who has worked internationally in start-up, SME and listed, global companies. A clear strategic and practical thinker he has repeatedly brought value added products to market, built product and route to market plans and developed innovative customer support and service models to differentiate the product offer in several competitive markets.
He has experience in bringing the first IoT in-transit concrete management tool to the UK construction industry, built product development contracts with OEMs such as Toyota, commercial agreements with the likes of Bayer and BASF and supplied products to some of the largest and most challenging infrastructure projects in Europe.
Developing people to realise their potential has been a key focus throughout his career.
