Hew is an executive coach, former CEO, and military officer with over 35 years of leadership experience across the armed forces, business, education, and entrepreneurial ventures. He specialises in working with senior leaders, founders, and high-performing professionals, particularly those navigating complexity, transition, or high-stakes environments.
Hew’s coaching combines strategic insight, deep empathy, and a lifetime of values-led leadership. He supports clients to unlock clarity, confidence, and resilience, so they can lead with purpose and deliver meaningful results. His journey spans commanding troops under pressure, founding a national training organisation for young people, building an award-winning clothing brand, and now supporting leaders through coaching.

I was inspired to become a mentor after 35 years as a founder of multiple businesses, including building and selling a multi million business with over 200 staff. Along the way, I saw how many talented people hold themselves back through lack of clarity or confidence. I have experienced firsthand the power of the right conversation at the right time. Helping others see their potential, make strong decisions, and move forward with belief is what drives me to mentor.
