Experience:
John has been running his own businesses in excess of three decades, specialising in Leading Through Change and enabling business owners and senior leaders to thrive in their roles. His work has taken him across the UK and internationally, including work in the USA.
John has worked with large organisations, SMEs, and micro businesses, as well as many more local enterprises. He has been involved in business transformation, working with a complete cross-section of leaders and is used to speaking to large groups, facilitating workshops, and working one-to-one with senior leaders.
Much of his work involves helping business owners and senior leaders to develop resilience and the ability to run high-performing teams. He also works extensively with senior leaders, who tend to become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of activity and responsibility at work.
