Nick has built nurtured and developed suppliers throughout the Far East, south America and North Africa and developed client relationships across the UK’s food manufacturing & wholesale industry, from £3m turnover in 2005/6 to circa £25m today, the trials and tribulations of business ownership, funding challenges, recruitment, the successes and failures of nurturing a business from start up to national distributor, and key supplier status during COVID taught Nick a broad skill set and very much hands on evolution of these three businesses to where they are today.

Nick now has a team that continues that evolution, allowing him time to share his learnings with others which has attracted him to mentoring. Many times, he wished he’d had someone more experienced to turn to for advice, bounce ideas off, share thoughts and concerns without which he said he might have made fewer mistakes!

He very much looks forward to sharing experiences with others whether starting out or looking for the next stage in their own business evolution, Mentoring plays a key role, and is a rewarding experience for both parties.
