I’ve had the pleasure to mentor business owners across the UK over the past 20 years. In this time, I’ve learned how best to make the mentoring experience work for both the mentee and mentor. I’ve learned my value isn’t in having answers to the questions you’re wrestling with in your business – after all, you know your business 100 times better than I do. However, I might be able to bring value by asking the right questions that enable you to reframe the challenges you face and identifying the right choices to make.
