Damon is an experienced entrepreneur who has founded and built a number of emerging technology companies from the UK to Silicon Valley. His early career was in sales and marketing which led to board level management roles for multinationals within the TMT space. More recently Damon has acted as a board and business advisor to innovative growth companies in a range of industries through his advisory company and diverse networks.
Damon’s focus now is on supporting the Forest of Dean business community in both how to get started and the many challenges that will be faced as they begin to scale their companies and be successful.
