 Experience:

Paul has spent his career in the cyber security industry. After an early career in the civil service then a period as an independent consultant, he co-founded Stratia Cyber in 2011, scaled this business over 14 years then sold it to a large consulting group in 2025. This gives him a particular insight into financial management and strategic planning. His current focus is on voluntary and community work in Gloucestershire.
