Paul has spent the last 30 years starting and growing businesses in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction and Property sectors. Prior to this he trained as a chartered accountant, working with small and medium enterprises from the corner shop to UK national companies and then in South Africa he worked with international businesses reporting on the Johannesburg, London and New York stock exchanges.
In business it is critical to understand your numbers, but Paul believes it is even more important to understand how staff, customers and other stakeholders interact with you and your business. In his experience if you get this right, then success will follow.
