Join the  3-part practical workshop series designed to help neurodivergent entrepreneurs understand how they work best, use their strengths effectively, and build sustainable businesses.

Entrepreneurship offers freedom, flexibility, and opportunity, but it can also feel overwhelming, inconsistent, and difficult to sustain.

For many entrepreneurs, especially those who are neurodivergent (including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia), traditional business advice doesn’t always fit.

You might find that:

  • You have strong ideas but struggle with follow-through
  • Some tasks feel easy, while others feel disproportionately difficult
  • You’re working hard but not always in ways that suit how you think

This workshop series is designed to help you make sense of that.

Rather than trying to “fix” how you work, we explore how to design your business around your strengths, your energy, and your way of thinking.

Part – One  – Understanding Your Brain in Business

This session introduces neurodiversity in the context of entrepreneurship. It explores how ADHD, autism, and dyslexia can influence thinking, decision-making, and productivity.

What will I learn?

  • What neurodiversity means in a business context
  • Why entrepreneurship can be a better fit for different thinking styles
  • How strengths and challenges show up in day-to-day business activity
  • How environment impacts performance and focus

Outcome: Greater self-awareness and a clearer understanding of how you work best.

Who should attend?

This series is ideal for:

  • Entrepreneurs and business owners across Gloucestershire
  • Individuals who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, dyslexia)
  • Those who suspect they may think differently and want to understand how this impacts their business
  • Anyone looking to improve focus, consistency, and sustainability in their work
