Hew is an executive coach, former CEO, and military officer with over 35 years of leadership experience across the armed forces, business, education, and entrepreneurial ventures. He specialises in working with senior leaders, founders, and high-performing professionals, particularly those navigating complexity, transition, or high-stakes environments.

Hew’s coaching combines strategic insight, deep empathy, and a lifetime of values-led leadership.
