People are key to scaling your business, but only if they are in the right roles! In this practical, hands on workshop we will use tools like the Growth Tree and Job Scorecard to help you build a clear People Plan that aligns your team with your business goals.
You will walk away with clarity on what roles you really need, how to structure them, and how to attract the right talent to grow your business without burning out.
This is a doing workshop, please bring a laptop or a tablet, you will be working on your business in real time alongside other growth-minded business owners.
