This practical First Aid Refresher workshop supports individuals in maintaining confidence and competence in essential life‑saving skills. Jim Jones will guide participants through key first aid scenarios, helping them prevent skill fade and stay prepared for real‑world emergencies. The session covers core responses such as managing an unconscious casualty, dealing with choking, delivering CPR, and using an AED effectively.
