Join us for the launch of The Growth Hub’s Neurodiverse Collective, designed to welcome neurodivergent entrepreneurs, freelancers, and business owners who understand the unique challenges that accompany thinking differently.
This isn’t your traditional networking event with the pressure of finding the right answers, making exhausting small talk, problem solving others challenges or masking who you are.
It’s a space where you can show up as your authentic self.
Connect with people who genuinely get it, and build supportive relationships with others navigating the realities of neurodivergent business ownership.
Let’s share experiences, celebrate wins and build a community that understands.
What to expect:
- A relaxed, welcoming environment
- No pressure to network or participate in any particular way
- Honest conversations with fellow neurodivergent business owners
- Opportunities to share experiences, ideas, and strategies
- A chance to feel connected, understood, and less alone in your business journey
The Hub’s co-working space will also be available following the session for those who may wish to work with their accountability partners or tackle their ‘to do’ list.
Come as you are. Leave with new connections, fresh perspectives, and the knowledge that there’s a community of people who understand your experience.
TED-talk
We’ll open with a 20-minute TED-style talk from neurodiversity coach and neurodivergent business owner Chiara Richards, exploring how understanding your brain can help you work more sustainably with your energy, attention and productivity.
Who should attend?
- Neurodivergent business owners, entrepreneurs, freelancers and professionals.
- Individuals considering self-employment or starting a business.
- Employers, advocates, allies and anyone interested in supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and business community.
- Anyone looking to connect with a like-minded and inclusive network.
We look forward to bringing Gloucestershire’s neurodivergent business community together and creating a space where people can connect, share and support one another
