Jon brings unique and transferable skills developed in a career spanning four decades. He has worked at the forefront of enterprise credit management software across the globe, having worked for large US and UK corporations and managing corporate clients in the UK, USA, EU, Middle East, and Africa.
More recently, Jon started and scaled his own Fintech business, Flexys Solutions, by building award-winning cloud-native digital software for banks, utilities, and financial services. It has grown from 2 founders to 45 employees in 7 years. Having exited the business in 2023, Jon now focuses on using his experience to support the Gloucestershire economy by engaging with incubator hubs at Growth Hub, Set-Squared, Future Space and Hub8.
