Experience:

Kathie’s experience comes from over 20 years in the IT & Finance Sectors where she has held both Finance & HR Director roles. Whilst implementing growth and marketing strategies to support a growing demand in the IT software industry, she has also focused on the leadership and management skills of the teams to implement a strong succession plan. This allowed her to step back from the day to day running of the business in 2019 and develop her new Training company.

Since 2009 Kathie established herself as an Executive level Business Coach, Mentor and Coaching Supervisor. Focusing on enhancing the skills, resilience and wise minded decision making of Business Owners and Senior Executives in high profile organisations regardless of Sector.

Much of Kathie’s recent work involves a mixture of Coaching/Mentoring & Training with aspirational business owners to implement strategies for success, work through business pain points and any blockers to getting to the next level. This may involve using DBT or CBT techniques to overcome challenges

Kathie is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, Member of The Association of Business Mentors and a Master member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
