Experience:
Nick’s business career started in international banking and corporate finance. It then took a dramatic switch to running a small holiday property rental agency in the Cotswolds and expanding the coverage of portfolio throughout UK. As CEO of the SME the role encompassed client account management, financial control, sales, marketing, PR, brand/product development and staff recruitment/training.
After maximising the profitability of the SME Nick left on a high to set up his own business focussing on letting large properties for group and corporate stays. He later sold this business to an AIM listed PLC tour operator.
For the past 10 years Nick has applied his knowledge and experience as an independent business consultant. His clients have included property investors, tour operators, cottage agencies, country estates, heritage organisations and start-ups in a broad range of sectors. These clients received advice in the following areas; business planning, property management, marketing strategy, pricing, investment yields, customer care and product/service development .
