Paul’s experience is focussed on go-to-market and commercialisation of technologies, products and services across a variety of technology industries.
A former electronic design engineer, he worked for a number of organisations – all with a constant focus on growth. Businesses rarely lack opportunities for growth so much of this effort has centred around prioritising the opportunities, developing clear business strategies then creating and driving execution plans.
Most recently, he was managing the European division of an American telecoms company – a company which grew 20x during his career there. He was variously responsible for product development, roadmap planning, product and service launches, as well as building out a significant sales and marketing organisation. Success came through unleashing the potential in others – through their professional and personal development.
Paul provides local business advisory services as well as leadership mentoring, with one of his most satisfying recent activities being helping a west country luthier develop his business propositions.
