A practical employer engagement event designed by Gloucestershire Careers Hub  to support small and medium-sized businesses that are interested in recruiting apprentices but require greater clarity on the process, funding, and available support.

Bringing together apprenticeship experts from organisations including the Gloucestershire Wiltshire Provider Network, Gloucestershire County Council, South West Apprenticeship Company and The Apprenticeship Partner, the workshop will provide guidance on apprenticeship programmes, training providers, funding and levy support, and the steps involved in employing an apprentice.

Through presentations, signposting and expert advice, the event aims to increase employer confidence, strengthen understanding of apprenticeship opportunities, and encourage greater apprenticeship uptake across Gloucestershire, supporting local skills development, workforce growth and economic prosperity
